    Known as the Paella's place, and after three years of activity in Beijing since it opened its doors in 2009 at Nali Patio, Niajo has become a reference in Spanish food in the Chinese capital.

    Under the guidance of the Chef Álex Sánchez and with an interior design that shows the essence of Spain combining warm materials, elegance and cosiness, Niajo becomes a place to enjoy and feel the authentic Spanish gastronomy experience.

    Discover our accurate selection of the finest wines and cavas from all the regions of Spain. You will be able to enjoy from the classics Ribera del Duero or Rioja to the new wave of Spanish wines where design and modernity conveys with the mix of traditional and updated flavors.

    All the wines are carefully preserved in our temperature control cabinet to ensure the optimum preservation and perfect serving temperature when pouring.

  • A native of the Paella’s origin

    Alex Sánchez, owner and chef of the restaurant, is a native of Valencia. He has been a lifetime in touch with Spanish cuisine studying in prestigious cooking schools and working in several renowned restaurants, learning the art of Paella from the most influential Valencian chefs.

    After this long career, he opened his own restaurant, Niajo, where he offers authentic and contemporary recipes of the well-known Spanish cuisine presented in his own style.
