Niajo’s next gastronomic event is dedicated to Andalucía. Enjoy a selection of four dishes paired with four marvelous Spanish wines (three Sherries and one red) for 498 RMB.

The region of Andalucía, with Sevilla as its capital, is the southern region of Spain. Sun, food, joy and folklore are the elements that characterize this region. Its cuisine is well-known for its cold soups, fish dishes from the coastal areas and meats from the inner. Andalucía is also popular for its Sherries which can only be found in this region, most specifically in Jerez. Tío Pepe, one of the most important Sherry brands, will be available in our menu.

Rabo de toro al estilo de San Lúcar
Oxtail cooked in San Lúcar style
Wine: Artadi Tempranillo (Tempranillo. D.O.Ca Rioja)

Piononos (bizcocho al almíbar de ron con crema de yema caramelizada)
Rum syrum sponge cake with caramelized egg cream
Wine: Solera 1847 Cream (Palomino, Pedro Ximénez. D.O. Jerez)
